Question Deadline 11/13/2023 at 12:00 PM MT Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the Purchasing Department using the Question-and-Answer section of the solicitation In general, the successful bidder will remove and dispose of the existing flooring and install approximately 3,500 sq. feet of new flooring at the Walking Stick Golf Course Restaurant and Golf Shop located at 4301 Walking Stick Boulevard, Pueblo, CO, 81001. Submitted prices are to include all charges for administration, labor, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the service as listed within this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the location and the proposed scope of services as to the correctness of any items requested in this IFB. Bidder shall not, after submission of bid, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work required to complete the service. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any or all items covered in the Invitation to Bid, to waive informalities or defects in bids or to accept any bid as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. All awards shall be contingent upon appropriation of the necessary funds and only after the receipt of a Purchase Order or Service Agreement. Move furniture (if required). o Remove approximately 3,500 square feet of existing flooring including all carpet, cove base, and/or tile as required for new flooring. o Prepare floor for installation of new flooring. o Install new flooring. o Remove and replace cove base (color to be determined). o Dispose of all removed flooring and debris. o Repair any damage done to walls, doorframes, existing floor, etc. if damage is done by contractor during removal and installation of flooring. o Put all furniture back in original places. o Provide color samples for selection by Walking Stick personnel. 3.3.
