Renovation of an educational facility in Beckley, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Removal of existing and replacing one hundred and six (106) Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) Units with associated materials (sleeve inserts, condensate kits, etc.). West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors to replace one hundred and six (106) PTAC units and associated galvanized wall sleeves and condensate kits in Hogan Hall; twenty-five units (25) on the first floor and twenty-seven units (27) on second through fourth floor. Some existing PTACs [that are marked] are to be returned to the Owner and all others disposed of. Cutoff for Questions: Date: November 16, 2023 Description Time: 12:00 pm EST To protect the integrity of the process, any questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Bid/Proposal must be handled through the Department of Procurement, Contracting, & Payment Services There will not be Liquidated Damages for this project.
