Reference Number 0000259004 Tender Package TP04 Masonry, TP05 Steel Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/14 02:00:00 PM EST JSCM Co. acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of Sherwood Park Manor and is inviting Bidders to submit technical submissions to pre-qualify to bid on TP04 Masonry or TP05 Steel package for the Sherwood Park Manor Long Term Care Project. This is a two part tender submission. The technical submission is due Friday November 17. The financial submission is due November 28 for those firms that meet the technical requirements. Bidders will be advised within two business days of the technical submission closing if their technical submission meets the requirements. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Construction Manager based on a JSCM Stipulated Price Subcontract. TP04 - Masonry is for the complete masonry scope TP05 - Steel includes for all structural steel and miscellaneous metals The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
