The Lonesome Pine Regional Industrial Facilities Authority (LPRIFA) is requesting competitive Statements of Qualification for those qualified firms or individuals to provide design and contracting services as the design-builder for Project Intersection Site 1A Building located in Norton, Virginia. The project entails the design-build construction of a 20,000 square foot combination office and manufacturing building and supporting infrastructure on a pad-ready site within the new Intersection Business and Industry Park located in Norton, Virginia. The deadline for questions shall be 4:00 p.m. EST, November 21, 2023 (Questions received after 4 pm EST November 21st 2023 will not be answered). All questions regarding the RFQ and scope of work will be responded to by the LPRI office utilizing Attachment B of the RFQ packet entitled Acknowledgement of RFQ Revisions, and/or Addenda form. The Lonesome Pine Regional Industrial Facility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities and to accept the best qualified contractor as specified in evaluation of rating criteria contained with the Authority reserves the right, if it so deems, to enter into negotiations with the selected firm for any requesting service part of the Professional Services procured herein. The Lonesome Pine Regional Industrial Facilities Authority is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
