The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to repair/replace the existing floors and furnish and install luxury vinyl flooring throughout nine (9) cabins and one (1) lodge at Natural Tunnel State Park. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove existing flooring in nine (9) cabins and one (1) lodge at Natural Tunnel State Park and install new luxury vinyl flooring, per the following minimum requirements: Nine cabins and one lodge at Natural Tunnel State Park require the removal of old laminate flooring and replacement with click lock luxury vinyl plank as specified. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove current flooring and to replace flooring throughout the ten facilities, per the minimum requirements set forth in the scope of services. True and accurate measurements of the flooring to be removed and replaced with new flooring shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
