**The owner has selected a Design Builder.** Town of Carrboro is seeking qualifications from interested Design-Build firms to provide design and construction services for removal of existing underground fuel storage tanks and installation of two aboveground fuel storage tanks in the yard at Carrboro Public Works, 100 Public Works Dr. The project is being financed with federal ARPA funds and will be subject to federal regulations as described in the RFQ. Firms are not being asked to submit a schedule of costs. A contract will be negotiated as a future step. The Town of Carrboro reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM on December 1, 2023.
