Renovation of a municipal facility in Grants Pass, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
City of Grants Pass (City) desires to select an architectural/engineering firm to contract with to provide the following services related to roof replacement project at the Grants Pass Municipal Complex located at 101 NW A Street in Grants Pass Oregon: Consultant Services, Architectural and Engineering Design Support, Support Services / Feasibility Review, Cost Estimating, and Construction Administration. The City is seeking a firm that will be expected to complete the following: . Review original existing roof design and existing conditions. . Evaluate and develop solutions for roof replacement. . Provide design documents and assist in competitive bidding process. . Provide contract administration services including inspections.
