Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work generally includes earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete paving, fencing, site furniture, shelter installation, pre-fabricated restroom, sanitary, sewer, water and electric utilities, landscaping and restoration. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s) must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract. Available beginning December 15th, 2023 at 10:00am. The Elmhurst Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities on a bid, and to accept the lowest responsible bid that serves the best interests of the Park District.
