EfficiencyOne (E1) is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering firms to provide Process (Chemical), Mechanical, Electrical and Civil/Structure engineering services. EfficiencyOne is a leading efficiency enterprise. We work with a number of outstanding partners to supply cost-effective energy efficiency and carbon mitigation services in Nova Scotia and beyond. The objective of this RFP is to select one (1) Engineering firm, who will sign a Standing Offer (SO) with E1 to provide process, mechanical and electrical engineering consultant services on an "as and when required" basis as outlined in this statement of work and E1 will engage as the need arises. Selected Engineering firm is not guaranteed any amount or volume of work. E1 will establish a specific scope of work, schedule, and budget for each engagement between E1 and its Engineering Consultant, on a project-by-project basis.
