Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work Contractor shall replace concrete ADA parking stalls at the Ellis Golf Clubhouse, located at 1401 Zika Avenue NW, Cedar Rapids, IA Contractor shall follow construction plans attached to this bid All concrete shall be poured to meet all applicable 2010 Department of Justice ADA specifications for slope and other applicable items. Failure to meet ADA slopes will be cause for the area out of compliance to be removed and re-poured at Contractor s expense. The initial term of the Contract shall commence on the date the City executes the Contract and shall end on December 31, 2023 Questions Deadline: 11/8/2023 12:00 AM (CT)
