Site work for a civil project in Claremont, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is upgrades to the community water system for the Town of Claremont. The proposed scope includes well entry piping, Booster Pumps, above ground water storage tank, and distribution system piping. A 12'x20' building will house the well piping and controls and the booster pump and controls. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) Question Deadline 02/08/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
