Saving Project...

Site work and addition to a transportation facility in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for the addition of a 18,117-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The City of St. Albert is looking to acquire construction manager to increase the existing Liggett Place Transit Garage capacity to meet current and future service levels. This project is intended to design and construct a new 12-lane parking extension garage, and an additional maintenance bay to accommodate present and future service levels, new transit buses and to house additional support equipment and staff. In addition to support the expansion replacement and repair of existing systems within the facility including but not limited to electrical and mechanical systems will need to be completed. The CM should have significant experience and understanding of these systems to ensure the phasing and stagging of all work can be properly coordinated and scheduled to support the continued use and operation of the facility during all construction work.
