As of January 17,2024, project was awarded to Pease Piping, Inc, awarded amount is $241,634.48. Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the construction of a 12' x 20' CMU building with slab on grade located on Turko Ln in Seabeck, WA All work performed on this project is subject to state prevailing wage rates. This project is partially funded through Kitsap County with federal funds from the U.S. Treasury ARPA Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund. Contractor must be licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. Contractors are encouraged to commit to local hires for this project. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashier's check, or surety bond. The Contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid. Kitsap PUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications. Each Bid Proposal shall conform to the requirements of Section 1-02.9 of the Contract Special Provisions. Bids shall be made out on the bid form furnished with the specifications.
