The bids shall be Unit Price for all work shown on the plans and called for in the specifications with unit prices for extras as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders in the specifications and submitted in duplicate on the State Board of Accounts Form No. 96. HADLEY COMMONS SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS This project consists of the removal of thirteen (13) existing sanitary grinder pump packages and pits from all units within the Hadley Commons neighborhood, replacement with thirteen new grinder pump packages and pits (to be provided by the Owner), connections to existing sewer service lines, installation of new backflow preventers and valves on the existing service lines, concrete replacement as required for restoration, landscaping and grass replacement, and all other items shown on the plans and mentioned in the specifications for a complete project.
