Saving Project...

Renovation of a swimming pool in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade, one-story below grade swimming pool.

Upgrades and improvement to the Pierre Lorange indoor swimming pool. The second phase of the project provides for structural upgrades, renovations of the building mechanical and electrical systems. More specificly the scope of work includes la correction des deficiencies and obsolescence of building components, upgrades of the existing installations up to standard and fitting out the related premises necessary for the proper functioning of the swimming pool in the long term. The project also plans to implement the notions and concepts of a universal locker room. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional an architectural consultant for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in mid-spring 2024. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
