Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Scope of Work generally includes the modernization of the two (2) geared elevator system at 380 Murray Street, Ottawa, ON as further defined in the attached specification and drawing package by Rooney, Irving & Associates Ltd. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. New heavy duty closed loop car door operator and locks. 2. New Dupar US100 stainless steel, LED illuminated car and hall push buttons. 3. Firefighter's emergency operation (FEO) automatic emergency recall operation and in-car emergency service. 4. Battery operated emergency lowering. 5. New air conditioning unit for the elevator machine room that meets the requirements of the included specification. Include for all required architectural, mechanical, and electrical work. 6. Provide new security camera to the elevator cab. 7. Provide Fire Signal Connection and Emergency Power Connection to the new elevator. All scheduling costs are by the Contractor.
