Reference Number 0000259166 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/15 04:00:00 PM CST Norway House Cree Nation Health Centre of Excellence Healthcare Equipment TP-005- Refrigerators/Freezers, in Norway House, Manitoba, as described in Section 01 11 00 (the "Project"). Building construction on the Project is scheduled to reach Substantial completion in July 2023, with Total Completion in December 2023. 1 . The intent of this Tender is to obtain Bids from Bidders for supply and installation of new Refrigerators/ Freezers as specified in Bid Documents. .2 The Contract will be the Owner's Purchase Order. Vendor shall maintain in full force and effect, at its sole expense, policies of general liability and commercial general liability insurance in the minimum amount of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) for each claim for each policy year to insure NHCN HCE, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents against any claim or claims for damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from the intentional or negligent acts of Vendor in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement or the defective performance of any of the Equipment. All such insurance policies shall provide that they will not be canceled without providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to NHCN HCE.
