The Work must be completed by no later than MARCH 30, 2027 Scope of Work The work to be performed under this specification shall consist of the supply of all necessary professional engineering, design services, management, labour, supervision, material, plant, tools, transportation, and warranty of workmanship and materials supplied by the Contractor for the complete construction of a new airport terminal building at the Norway House Airport. Project includes but is not limited to: a) All necessary building and service permits, b) Locate all existing underground utilities as required, c) Supply, construct and maintain approximately 350 lineal feet of 6 ft high, steel, temporary fencing around construction area for entire duration of construction, d) All Arch-Bldg, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical items as identified on attached DGH Engineering sealed plans, e) Complete construction of concrete foundation and floor, concrete approach pads, concrete stairs and ramp, bollards, and concrete retaining wall, f) Complete construction of a wood frame terminal building, with minimum dimensions of 42'-0" wide by 90'-0" long (outside to outside of bottom plates) with a minimum 9'-0" height from u/s of trusses to finished floor level, g) Complete construction of interior space including waiting room, offices, washrooms, baggage handling area, vestibules, janitors room, mechanical room, multi purpose room, h) All mechanical services, equipment and installation, a. Commissioning of mechanical HVAC systems by an independent third party certified agent paid for by contractor, i) All electrical services, equipment and installation, j) Construct swale between retaining wall and equipment shed, k) Final grading around perimeter of building, and between retaining wall and equipment shed.
