The fountains are each to be located at: Delview Park – 9098 116th Street, Delta, BC V4C 5W7 Patterson Park – 5800 Clarence Taylor Crescent, Delta, BC V4K 3V6 The work will include: a. Supply and Installation of two (2) new drinking fountains as per design drawings and specifications: Demolition, removal and disposal of existing subgrade where new drinking fountain and drain is located Installation of new concrete pad for drinking fountain Installation of new drinking fountain connected to existing water connection. Install as per manufacturers specifications Installation of new lawn drain connected to new drinking fountain Remediation of all disturbed areas with sod Pedestrian and traffic control Maintain a safe and secured construction site Complete site cleanup so drinking fountain is ready for immediate use. All damage related to construction activities are the responsibility of the contractor to correct b. The Contractor is to provide a project construction schedule prior to the start date of construction. c. Site management and safety, as well as quality control testing and measures needed to demonstrate the drinking fountains are constructed to meet the standards and layout of the design drawings and project documents and specifications.
