Per Mgl C 30b10, the Town of Seekonk is Soliciting Requests for Proposals (Rfp) and Invites Qualified and Experienced Commissioning Agencies to Submit a Price Proposal for the Construction of the New Seekonk Department of Public Works Complex to Be Located on Fall River Ave., Seekonk, Ma 02771 (Assessors Map 11, Lot 1, Lot 56, Lot 496). Commissioning is Expected From the Design Development Stage Starting in December 2023, Through Construction Ending in April 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
