City of Richland, Washington is soliciting bids to establish a one (1) year contract, with an option for one (1) additional year renewal to provide Bulk Sodium Chloride (Solar Salt), on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the specifications. The City of Richland assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act 1987 (P.L. 100.259), be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any City sponsored program or activity. The City of Richland further assures every effort will be made to ensure nondiscrimination in all of its programs and activities, whether those programs and activities are federally funded or not. Federal laws and regulations described in 2 CFR, Part 200 are required. Bidders who are Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises or Section 3 Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. The last date to submit questions regarding this bid is November 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time. There is no pre-bid conference for this bid
