Renovation of a laboratory facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The Work consists of: Route (2) 12" pipes into the 3020EMSL computer room from the HTB piping mains located below grade west of the 3020EMSL. The piping located within the 3020EMSL computer room will have (5) sets of 8: valves and caps, below the raised computer room floor, for connection to future computational equipment. The computational equipment shall be capable of utilizing 75-deg F supply water and shall reject 95-deg F or greater temperature water. This above Summary of Work is not all inclusive of the requirements set forth under the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall refer to the Specification and Drawings issued which depict the Work in detail. Prime Contractor shall be pre-qualified prior to submitting bid; likewise, Subcontractors to a Prime Contractor performing work shall be prequalified prior to issuance of the NTP. Note - An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of less than or equal to 0.9 for Prime Contractor (1.0 for Subcontractors) and no willful OSHA/State Labor & Industries Citations over the past three years is needed to meet the pre-qualification requirement.
