Demolition, site work, remodeling and renovation of an industrial development in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a industrial development.
Construct new Oil Containment System for reactor banks 1 and 2, including: a. Installation of new geomembrane liner around transformer footings, per manufacturer's specifications. Contractor shall submit the liner panel layout and factory QC prior to installation. During construction, the field QC forms shall be filled out and approved onsite. b. Installation of geotextile above and below geomembrane liner. c. Installation of triaxial geogrid in two layers interlocking with the sw'yd rock in the liner area, as shown on drawings. d. Installation of fittings: aluminum batten, slotted grate, etc. as shown on drawings. e. Installation of new Drainage System (Pipes and catch basins) as shown on drawings and per BPA specifications including trench compaction. f. Installation of new precast Coalescing Separator Vault (CPS) and Pack as shown on drawings. The contractor shall perform QC inspection of the vaults at the manufacturer's facility (Dry fit), prior to shipping. Inspection includes conformance with shop drawings and surface concrete quality, no chips, or spalls. The keyway on each vault shall be flat and level. Mastic shall be protected per manufacturer's recommendations for delivery.
