Renovation of a water / sewer project in Charleston, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Charleston is requesting proposals for a rehabilitation project for its sewer lift station. The lift station has dimensions of approximately 12X15X25 feet. Rehabilitation will include the application of a structural grade epoxy to the interior of the lift station from the floor up to the ceiling, applied at a thickness of 125 mils. The epoxy application should be designed to eliminate infiltration and increase structural integrity. The proposal should include mobilization of equipment and crews, safety equipment, material, labor, and tools to perform confined space entry for the purposes of completing rehabilitation of the lift station identified. Sealed bid envelopes must be marked LIFT STATION REHAB. The City of Charleston reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
