Site work for a water / sewer project in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed consists, in general, of replacement and/or rehabilitation of up to seventy (70) existing sanitary sewer manholes in the following neighborhoods of central Bakersfield, California: Downtown, Westchester, and Oleander-Sunset. Work will include excavation, trenching, backfill, compaction, concrete work, pavement patching, lining, temporary sewer bypass pumping, and temporary traffic control. Other Details Manhole inspection reports for each manhole interior will be provided to the winning contractor. Notes During the bidding of this project, contractors who have questions or desire clarifications about the bid documents, must submit those questions or requests for clarifications in writing using the form provided in the bid documents. Said questions and requests for clarification must be submitted by the date identified in the Requests for Information (RFI) form and in these Special Provisions. Anticipated Award date January 10 2024
