Building Management System Upgrades at Bristol Schoolsv The City of Bristol is seeking proposals for the upgrade of building management systems to the latest revision of the Schneider EcoStruxure environment at five of its school facilities, through the use of funding via the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund ("ESSER II Fund"). SCOPE OF SERVICES The selected vendor must be a certified EcoXpert, and a designer of the Schneider Electric family of products branded Invensys, Barber Colman, Siebe, and Robertshaw, and must possess the programming and software tools required to commission and maintain these controllers. Only proposals from authorized suppliers of EcoStruxure will be considered. EcoStruxure Front End Existing SNE Building Systems/Schneider Electric Front End shall remain and the existing software upgraded to the latest revision. All schools shall be seamlessly integrated into the existing front end without the need for a third-party integrator. All new unitary controllers shall be Schneider Electric SmartX MP-C series, MP-V series, and/or RP-C series BACnet/IP controllers (no exceptions). Scope of Work Common to Each School Retain the existing Schneider Electric Automation Server (ASP) and upgrade the software to the latest revision. Remove existing Barber Colman, TAC and Invensys controllers and replace them with new Schneider Electric IP controllers. Retain all existing control end devices and terminate all existing control end device wiring on new controllers. Install new Cat 5/6 control bus daisy-chained between existing Schneider Electric ASP and all new IP controllers. Upgrade existing dynamic color graphics to HTML. Provide all upgrade programming, sequences of operation to match existing and integrate with existing SNE Building Systems/Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Front End. Select balancing for outdoor air and VAV Boxes. Check, Test and Commission all controllers and control devices. Provide a list of any control end devices in need of repair and/or replacement. Scope of Work Associated with Controller Upgrade - Device Counts Ivy Drive Elementary School 25 - Schneider TAC Invensys MNL-800 Lon Mountain View Elementary School 15 - Schneider TAC Invensys MNL-800 Lon 7 - Schneider TAC Invensys MNL-200 Lon Bristol Central High School 49 - Schneider Electric Network 8000 Microzone ASD 20 - Schneider Electric Network 8000 Microflo ASD 6 - Schneider Electric Network 8000 PEM ASD Bristol Eastern High School 50 - Schneider Electric Network 8000 Microzone ASD 17 - Schneider Electric Network 8000 Microflo ASD 8 - Schneider Electric Network 8000 PEM ASD Chippens Hill Middle School 14 - Schneider Barber Colman Network 8000 Microzone ASD All pneumatic control devices shall be removed and replaced with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure DDC controllers. All valve actuators, damper actuators and sensors on the equipment listed below shall be integrated with the buildings DDC system.
