Middlebrook, Va 24454 *The bid list for this project may be incomplete. If you have been invited to bid on this project by the owner, please notify our editorial staff at contentcase@constructconnect.com. This Scope of Work covers the installation of four separate water well permits and their associated work. Bidders must provide an overall cost estimate to complete all four installations and abandonments (if needed as per the detailed individual SOW), and provide a detailed budget break down for each individual project. Bidders should list the detailed costs for each site separately, and then provide a total estimated cost for the entire package. Upon award, VDH will allow a vendor to submit the costs separately, in four separate invoices, one for each individual site; they will be able to submit invoices for each site independently as long as all work listed in the referenced permit and the work specified in the SOW for that specific site is completed. No partial payments will be paid nor should invoices be submitted for any site until all the work is completed for that site, including providing all required paperwork and permits.
