Project estimated Cost: $4M - $5M All questions during the bidding process must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Deadline for submitting questions is Wednesday, November 22, 2023 by noon. The project shall include the following Demolition of the existing former ski lodge & construction of a new 6,201 SF building to include a function room, kitchen, offices for the Parks & Rec Department and three exterior public toilet rooms. The new building is a slab-on-grade, 1-story structure. The function room will consist of post & beam construction while the remaining building will be constructed using conventional framing. The office building has a wood exterior, asphaltic shingles roofing system, concrete foundation, 1,300 SF, & was built in approximately 1950. No Suspect TSI materials were identified on main boiler and pipes throughout the building. The recreational center building has a metal exterior, flat roofing system, concrete foundation, 4,428 SF, & was built in approximately 1950. No Suspect TSI materials were identified on main boiler and pipes throughout the building. Recreational Center - cove base, associated adhesive, 12x12 floor tile, popcorn ceiling, joint compound, gypsum board, panel adhesive, ceramic tile adhesive, grout, mortar, vibration cloth, window caulk, door caulk, residual mastic, penetration caulk, roof caulk, insulation, seam sealant, and roof mastic. 365 calendar days from receipt of a Notice to Proceed. All questions during the bidding process must be submitted in writing by e-mail. Deadline for submitting questions is Wednesday, November 22, 2023 by noon. All responses will be addressed via Addendum.
