Full Building Commissioning for the new Seekonk Department of Public Works Complex located on Fall River Ave., Seekonk, MA 02771 (Assessors Map 11, Lot 1, Lot 56, Lot 496). The project includes: the construction of a new garage, maintenance bays, loading bays, a wash bay, administrative areas, and crew spaces totaling approximately 65,000 SF, as well as a Salt Shed, Fueling Station, Storage Units, and associated site work. 11/8/23 @ 9:00 A.M. by contacting Marybeth Carney at mcarney@compassgrouparch.com. The Owner will evaluate the proposals and select the most responsive and responsible Commissioning agency, submitting the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration experience, qualifications, references, and cost.
