Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

Providing new boilers, pumps piping, etc. for Fire Station No. 6. Work is to include, but not limited to, Piping and Pumps, Piping Insulation, Systems of HVAC Controls, Gas Piping, and Electrical Work to support new HVAC systems. This project is being funded with Federal funds. Respondents will be verified for eligibility to receive Federal funds and must comply with all Federal requirements including Part 200. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No electronic submissions will be allowed. Beginning on November 8, 2023 bid documents will be available by email request after 10:00 AM at: morrowj@holyoke.org. Submit requests between the hours of 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM and include firm name and address, contact name and title, email address, and telephone number. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the contract documents shall make a written request to the Chief Procurement Officer at morrowj@holyoke.org Question Deadline 11/21/2023
