Description

Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Crossville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

RFP posted to our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. Project scope includes approximately 17,000 gross square feet of new building construction, new site development, parking areas, drives and infrastructure improvements. The building will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs and required support spaces. Spaces will include both high and standard ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories will be designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill. Project will include renovation and adaptive reuse of approximately 3,000 square feet of existing spaces and demolition of vacated buildings and portions of buildings. Renovations may include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements.
