Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project was awarded to Capps Land Management & Material, LLC in the amount of $5,157,481.45. The work covered by these Specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all operations necessary for the Owens Avenue Winton Drive Landfill Closure Improvements RE#025575 0000 and immediately adjacent private parcels along the landfill's borders. All work will be performed at designated location in the City of Jacksonville and in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive informalities. irregularities, or technical defects in any Bid, make award in part or whole with or without cause, and to make the award it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Jacksonville.
