Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Perry-McCall Construction has contracted with the Florida Department of Management Services as Construction Manager on the new EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER project. We are currently soliciting subcontractor bid proposals for the following trade packages: 31A SITEWORK. Prior to submitting a bid proposal, subcontractors are required to review all bid related information, including plans, specifications, geotechnical report, bid scopes of work, Perry-McCall subcontract agreement, schedule, and complete subcontractors pre-qualification (SCORE). SCORE must be fully complete, including financial information, one week prior to the bid due date. Any proposed comments to Perry-McCalls subcontract agreement template must be submitted with subcontractors bid. Any incomplete submissions of the requirements listed above may be subject to bid rejection. Further, Perry-McCall Construction, Inc. reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any and all bid proposals.
