Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Breckenridge, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 63-unit multi-residential development; and 100-unit residential development.
As of November 29, 2023, a developer and a contractor was awarded. All bidding is complete and phase 1 construction began in summer 2023, with phase 2 construction to follow. It is anticipated construction will be completed in 2025. A detailed scope of work has not been determined. This is a public/private partnership
