Reference Number 0000341607 Construction and design costs for the building and associated sitework are currently budgeted at $650,000. Qualified individuals, firms or consortiums are invited to submit a proposal to the Town of Breckenridge ("hereinafter referred to as "OWNER") for Construction Management General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the remodel and expansion of the Timberline Learning Childcare The successful CM/GC will provide Pre-Construction services during the design development and construction document phases to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Construction and design costs for the building and associated sitework are currently budgeted at $650,000. The Architect/Engineering team for this project is led by EUA for building design and Alpine Engineering, Inc for the utility, grading, landscaping, and site planning. Center.
