The work under this request for proposal (RFP) must be performed by contractors signatory to the labor agreement between WMS and Local Union No. 17 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW Local 17). Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % there is a required bid bond of 5% of the total offering price. Upon contract award, the successful Bidder shall be required to submit a performance bond of 5% Wyandotte Municipal Services reserves the right to accept, refuse, or defer any or all of the proposals submitted at any time in the proposal process.
