Cable OSP Material for FTTH Project The Municipal Services Commission may reject any or all bids or parts of bids when the public interest would be best served by rebidding. Bid Bonds - When deemed necessary by the user department and the Department of Legal Affairs, bid bonds will be required in the solicitation of a bid. Unsuccessful bidders shall be entitled to the return of their bid bond following contract agreement by the successful bidder. Bid bonds will be returned by the City Clerk's Office after the bid is awarded by the Municipal Services Commission. Successful bidders failing to enter into a contract within twenty (20) days after award will forfeit their deposits. All inquiries or requests regarding this RFP must be submitted, in writing or via email, no later than Monday March 18, 2024 to the CATV Service Operations Supervisor at the address indicated below. Only written responses from the CATV Service Operations Supervisor will be binding with regard to inquiries requesting clarifications or additional information. The CATV Service Operations Supervisor's written responses will be forwarded simultaneously to all prospective Bidders. WMS has designated Jonathan Angeles as the CATV Service Operations Supervisor, with overall project responsibility for administration of the project.
