Wyandotte Public Schools-Wilson Field Improvements 1275 15th Street Wyandotte MI 48192. Including, but not limited to: Removal and replacement of the existing tennis and basketball court areas as well as the removal and replacement of the perimeter fencing and walking path. Other items of work include site grading, turf restoration, etc., as documented. Last Day for RFIs (Requests for Information) will be Friday, May 10th, 2024. Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount 100% Surety Bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. Bonds must be submitted on the forms provided. No alteration(s) to the form will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Owner. Considered Bidders will be invited to participate in post-bid interviews to be conducted virtually on MAY 16th, 2024.
