Reference Number 0000341451 Question Acceptance Deadline 02/14/2024 12:00 AM EST Questions or concerns shall be directed to Jon Allen, City of Wyandotte, Department of Public Services, via email at: jallen@wyandottemi.gov Perform grass cutting and brush removal services for the City of Wyandotte Department of Public Services as needed at various locations in the City. The City of Wyandotte enforces a proactive program enforcing the requirements of Chapter 94: Health and Safety; Nuisances, Noxious Weeds and Tall Grass, of the Wyandotte Code of Ordinance, to control and manage the growth of grass, weeds and shrubbery that create a public nuisance, and is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors able to perform the abatement services on an as needed basis. This document will be used to select Contractors, to perform these services for a one (1) year period. The intent of the plans, specifications and contract is to provide for the completion of the work in substantial compliance with the details as shown thereon and as described herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and necessary supplies, unless otherwise mentioned and shall perform all operations required to complete the work in accordance with the specifications; but in no case, will any work in excess of such requirements be paid for unless otherwise ordered in writing by the Engineer.
