As of August 8, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet. Reference Number 0000354971 The work shall consist of the removal and replacement of all gutters and downspouts at the James R DeSana Center for Arts and Culture (81 Chestnut, Wyandotte, MI 48192), replacing any rotted or damaged fascia board and top plate along the top of the building, and securing the existing ridge vent on the roof of the building to ensure a watertight seal. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 %. The bidder must accompany his bid with a bidder's bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the City of Wyandotte for the sum of not less than 5% of the amount bid. If the bidder does not submit said bidder's bond, certified check, or cashier's check, then the City will not consider your bid. * All prices must be written in both words and numerals. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and also the right to waive any formal defects in bids when deemed in the best interest of the City.
