Site work for a water / sewer project in Perrysburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of cleaning and televising approximately 8,465 LF of existing sewers, testing and grouting sewer pipe joints and laterals, lateral point repairs, installation of approximately 8,465 LF of cured-in-place liners, post construction inspection and televising approximately 8,465 LF of sewers and other incidentals. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is $1,734,000. Final Completion for the project is June 30, 2024. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
