Renovation of an educational facility in Perrysburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids will be received by the Penta Career Center Board of Education (Board), as provided in this notice for the Cosmetology Lab Renovation Portion of the Capital Improvements Project (the Project). Contract documents, which include additional details of the Project, are on file at Penta Career Center, at 9301 Buck Rd., Perrysburg, Ohio 43551, and at the office of the Architect/Engineer Kleinfelder, Inc. at 1168 North Main St., Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Sonny Hamizadeh, Kleinfelder, Inc., at shamizadeh@kleinfelder.com, with a copy to Mike Harrigan, Treasurer, mharrigan@pentacc.org. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
