Site work for a water / sewer project in Perrysburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of waterline and sanitary sewer replacement in the east-west alley between Indiana Avenue and 5th Street (from Cherry Street and Louisiana Avenue) and the east-west alley between 5th Street and 6th Street (from Cherry Street to Hickory Street). Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Question Deadline 12/18/2023 at 10:00 AM ET All questions must be asked online so the question and answer will be visible to all potential bidders. Engineering Estimate for the entire project: $ 1,381,750.00 Final Completion Date: September 13, 2024 The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received
