Site work for a water / sewer project in San Mateo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Description: The Work is generally described as follows: o Spot & Segment Repairs (Open Cut): Replace 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12- inch sanitary sewer pipe with the same size polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sewer pipe, reconnect service laterals, and reconnect new PVC pipe to existing manholes. o Spot & Segment Repairs (Sectional CIPP): Rehabilitate existing 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sanitary sewer pipe with cured in place pipe (CIPP), reinstate service laterals, and connect CIPP liner to existing manholes. o Manhole Repairs: Rehabilitate manholes by lining; channel repair; and full replacement. o Pre- and Post-installation CCTV Inspections o Monument Replacement o The work described above is located within the public right-of-way and within easements on private property in the City of San Mateo. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City may require, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in Bids, and to accept, modify, or reject any items of the Bid. The Work described requires that the Bidder be licensed by the State of California as a Class A Contractor.
