Provide landscape maintenance services for numerous medians, islands, and rights of ways for the City of San Mateo. The initial term of this Agreement shall be thirty-six months, with an option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods. The Agreement shall commence on December 1, 2023. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City may require, to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in proposals, and to accept or reject any items of the proposal All Proposers and potential sub-contractors shall be properly licensed by the State of California, and show proof of license, to perform the specific work designated. Proposer shall provide information on prior experience, past projects, capability, craftsmanship and other pertinent data to work on the project. City reserves the right to reject any or all proposers that, in the City's opinion, would not perform to the required standards desired on any particular phase of the project. All interpretative information regarding the Specification Booklet shall be in writing via addenda issued to all plan holders. Questions and comments concerning the project should be directed to Ron Hostick at the Parks Division office as early as possible during the process, to enable the written addenda to be issued. All addenda shall be signed by the Proposer and enclosed with the proposal.
