Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 89,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of the renovation of the existing Spring Creek 6th Grade Building into the District Administration Office. The Building is approximately 89,000 sf. The work will include a new geothermal mechanical system, new electrical, adding a fire sprinkler system, added clerestory roof systems at the entrances, as well as extensive interior finishes. Bid documents will be available August 9th. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2024 with substantial completion scheduled for the Spring of 2025. Statements of Qualification are being accepted for the following Scope(s) of Work: Demolition Concrete Masonry Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Materials Steel Erection Finish Carpentry Labor Millwork Materials Membrane Roofing and Sheet Metal Doors and Hardware Materials Glass and Glazing / ACM Wall Panels Framing, Gyp, ACT, Painting Tile, Resilient Flooring and Carpet Specialty Materials Operable Partitions Signage Fire Sprinkler Geothermal Horizontal Well Field Plumbing, HVAC Electrical and Low Voltage Earthwork and Utilities Please email estimating@hansencompany.com if you have questions.
