Reference Number 0000335138 Question Acceptance Deadline 11/17/2023 3:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Colorado Springs requests proposals, as detailed in this Request for Proposal (RFP) Notice, for Stormwater On-Call Spill Response Providers. The City may issue multiple awards as a result of this RFP. The City of Colorado Springs Stormwater Enterprise (City) is seeking a professional environmental and hazardous material cleaning company (Contractor) to provide assessment, control, containment, clean-up, and disposal of hazardous material, spill, and dumping incidents within the City limits. This includes City streets, inlets, storm sewer system, wet and/or dry creek beds and waterways. This excludes spills entering the City from El Paso County and/or Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) property which are located in or adjacent to City boundaries unless previous arrangements have been made with these entities. The performance period of any contract awarded as a result of this RFP is anticipated to be as follows. Base Year: January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 Option Year 1: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 Option Year 2: January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Option Year 3: January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027 Option Year 4: January 1, 2028 - December 31, 2028 Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required
