As of February 1,2024, project was awarded to Elm Solutions Corp, dba Dalton Electric, awarded amount is $186,619.50. Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Installation of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system inside the pump station building connected to Pump 3. Installation of conduit, wiring, Motor Control Center (MCC) modifications, and associated appurtenances to connect the UPS to Pump 3 and the pump station controls system. BID BOND REQUIRED: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue The Contracting Agency (City) reserves the right to make a claim for Direct Damages, in lieu Liquidated Damages, against Contractor for actual costs incurred when the application of Liquidated Damages does not fully reimburse the Contracting Agency (City) for the actual costs incurred. Such actual costs include, but are not limited to: bypass pumping, rental equipment, tools, materials, fuel, temporary construction easement fees, additional engineering fees, fines and penalties assessed by others, staff labor costs plus an overhead factor of 1.33, operating and maintenance costs, lost revenue, legal fees including reasonable attorney and expert fees, claims related to or assignable to the delayed Contract completion, and any reasonable costs directly required to complete the Work consistent with the Contract Documents.
