Site work and paving for a civil project in Hamilton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Replace bridge deck, parapets, wingwalls and approach slabs. Modify the abutments to semi-integral type, replace abutment bearings, straighten damaged beam and paint structural steel. Minor approach roadway and guardrail work. This bridge spans CSX Transportation Inc. railroad. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashiers check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a Federal Prevailing Wage project. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s).
