Question Deadline 11/06/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Bid questions are to be submitted online furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Tylersville Road Improvements (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton. (Design Professional"). Bids will not be accepted after this time. A digital ID along with a per bid fee of $45.00 or a $50.00 monthly subscription will be required for the Bidder to submit an electronic bid. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). In general, the project will consist of: 7000 ft of Road Widening including reconstruction of sections and mill and overlaying section All Bidders shall be prequalified by ODOT for the appropriate type of work. Prequalifications must be in place at bidding, award and throughout the life of the contract. The award for this project will be determined based upon the lowest base bid. Alternates and Add Alternates will not be utilized in the determination of the apparent low bidder. This is an Ohio Prevailing Wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
